By using CompresslyPro, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CompresslyPro provides free online image processing tools including image compression, format conversion, resizing, watermarking, batch compression, and image-to-PDF/PDF-to-image conversion. The Service is provided "as is" and free of charge.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CompresslyPro only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Upload images or files that you do not have the right to process
Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
Use the Service to process images that are illegal, obscene, or infringe on the rights of others
Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service
Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service in a manner that overloads our servers
Use the Service for commercial bulk processing in a way that degrades performance for other users

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all images and files you upload to CompresslyPro. By uploading files, you grant us a temporary, limited licence to process those files solely to provide the requested service. We do not claim any ownership over your uploaded content.

The CompresslyPro website, logo, design, and software are owned by CompresslyPro and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

5. File Upload & Storage

Files uploaded to our Service are:

Used solely for the purpose of completing your requested image processing task
Automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 30 minutes of upload
Never shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than processing your request

You are responsible for maintaining copies of your original files. CompresslyPro is not liable for any data loss.

6. Service Limitations

Maximum file size: 20MB per file
Batch compression: up to 20 files per batch
Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF (images); PDF (for conversion)
We reserve the right to impose rate limits to maintain service quality

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPRESSLYPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Advertising

CompresslyPro displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. We do not control the content of these advertisements. By using the Service, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party services.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
